I am currently finishing my undergraduate degree at the University of Montevallo, where I expect to receive my BFA in Theatre with a concentration in Design/Technology by Spring 2026.

I have worked previously as a machine technician/stagehand with Bubbleworks in Washington, D.C. during the summer of 2025, where I worked with a wireless DMX system and served as an onsite technician during performance days. Previously, I spent the summers of 2022, 2023, and 2024 at the Princess Theatre during their educational theatre camps. There, I acted as a scenic designer and props manager, as well as a point of contact for parents of campers.

My love of puppetry came right before COVID-19 lockdown in my freshman year of high school, I was introduced to bunraku puppetry. I then went on to build Kaa, my first puppet, in my junior year of high school before deciding to pursue Theatre as a degree path. I continued to build puppets in my spare time and as tie-ins to classwork, the most recent of which was a way for me to study bunraku puppetry and its historical connections, as well as building two puppets for my degree capstone, for the University of Montevallo’s production of Alice by Heart.
